1. Summary

blackbabata Studio is a personal tool used by the channel owner to post videos to the owner's own TikTok account. It has no public users, no sign-up, and no server that stores personal data. This policy explains the small amount of data involved.

2. Data the Tool handles

When the account holder authorizes the Tool through TikTok Login Kit, the Tool receives:

• an access token that allows it to post to that account, and
• the basic profile information TikTok returns for that account (display name and avatar), which is shown so the account holder can see which account will receive the content.

The Tool also handles the video files the channel owner chooses to upload, together with their captions and privacy settings.

3. How the data is used and stored

This data is used only to upload the owner's videos to the owner's own account. It is stored on the channel owner's own computer, is not uploaded to any server operated by us, and is not sold, shared or used for advertising, profiling or analytics.

4. Visitors and viewers

We do not collect any personal data from people who watch the channel's videos or visit this website. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The Connect page stores one random value in your browser's session storage to protect the sign-in against forged responses; it never leaves your browser and is discarded when you close the tab. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub may keep ordinary server logs under its own privacy statement.

5. Third parties

The Tool communicates with TikTok to authorize the account and post content. TikTok processes data under its own Privacy Policy. We do not send this data to anyone else.

6. Your choices

The account holder can withdraw the Tool's access at any time by removing the authorization in TikTok's app or account settings, and can delete the locally stored token by deleting the Tool's local data. After access is withdrawn, the Tool can no longer post to the account.

7. Children

The channel's videos are educational and may be watched by learners of all ages, but the Tool and this site do not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated.
