1. About these terms

These terms apply to blackbabata Studio ("the Tool"), a small personal publishing tool operated by the owner of the blackbabata channel ("we"). By using the Tool or visiting this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. What the Tool does

The Tool lets the channel owner upload short educational videos, made by the owner, to the owner's own TikTok account (@blackbabata) through TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. It is not offered to the public and is not a general-purpose posting service.

3. Authorization

The Tool acts on a TikTok account only after the account holder explicitly authorizes it through TikTok's own authorization screen. The account holder can withdraw that authorization at any time in TikTok's app or account settings. Before each post, the Tool shows the account nickname the content will be posted to, and the account holder chooses the privacy setting and interaction options for that post.

4. Content

All videos posted with the Tool are original works of the channel owner, who is responsible for them and owns the rights to them. Content must follow the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines and, where relevant, TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy. The Tool does not modify posted content or add third-party advertising to it.

5. Third-party services

The Tool depends on TikTok's services. TikTok's own terms and policies govern your use of TikTok. We are not responsible for TikTok's availability, changes to its API, or decisions it makes about accounts or content.

6. No warranty

The Tool and this site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Educational content is provided for general learning and may contain mistakes; please check important information against a dictionary or other authoritative source.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Tool or this site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
